Ceramic Watering Bell. Hand thrown bell with detailed carving and hand painted for a beautiful and gentle way to water your house plants. Simply dip the bell under water, then while holding your thumb over the top opening lift the bell out of the water and ease the pressure of your thumb to release the water sprinkles over top of your plants.
